  15. Take 4/5 Lounge
  16. Make ready 1 pinch Heeng
  17. Prepare 2 tsp Roasted kasoori methi
  18. Prepare Dalcheeni 1 pice
  19. Get 1 tsp ,ghee
  20. Prepare 3-4 Green chillies
  21. Prepare Onions slices. and green coriander leaves to decorate

  3. Remove it and grind the onion tomatoes mixture in mixer.
  4. Again heat oil and add badi ilachi, zeera loung, daal chini,stir it and add turmeric powder, then ginger garlic paste and onion tomatoes paste cook till oil leaves the gravy
  5. Add boiled chole, anarkali Dana red chillies powder, dhania powder. Stir it.Add kasoori methi, add 1 glass water.
  6. Cook for 10 min. Add chole masala
  7. Remove it. Heat ghee For tadka in another pan,put 3 -4green / red dried chillies Add Heeng.
  8. Give tadka to prepared chole sabji and decorate with onion rings and green coriander.
